Shipping:

We ship anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.


Customer guarantee: 

LIMITED WARRANTY  - FLEX P-TRAP LLC. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship  and material under normal use and conditions for a period of Thirty Days from  the date of original purchase. Should any defect occur during the Thirty Day warranty period,  FLEX P-TRAP  LLC. will repair or replace the product, with proof of purchase, without  charge. Return defective product within the warranty period along with a copy of your sales receipt, credit  card statement, or other proof of the date of purchase to: Customer Service Dept., FLEX P-TRAP LLC. PO Box 99381, Troy, MI 48099-9381. Upon satisfaction of proof of claim, FLEX P-TRAP LLC. will, within a reasonable time and free of charge, make any necessary repairs, additions or corrections,  or at the option of FLEX P-TRAP., replace the product. Purchaser labor  costs or other charges for correcting defects or making additions will not be  allowed. THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER  WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY  WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF  THE PRODUCTS. This warranty statement sets forth the extent of the liability  of FLEX P-TRAP LLC. for breach of any warranty or deficiency in connection  with the sale or use of products sold by FLEX P-TRAP LLC.


LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: FLEX P-TRAP LLC. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN), EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please email contact@flexp-trap.com. You may cancel your order up until the day it ships.  There are no charges for cancellations prior to shipping. The customer is held responsible for all shipping charges for orders canceled after shipment.


Return policy:

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days  of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are  non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice or  packing slip; please also indicate the reason for the return.  You may want to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for  lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card,  a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
